And Emily went to the Dr. this morning for her tummy trouble. Dr. said everything was ok to keep her hydrated.
She's not loosing weight (17 lbs.) so that's good.

Dribble Option

After the fumbling incident Emily has decided that basketball may be her sport. Dribbling is encouraged.

Gone To Alabama With...

We're Back!! We made it to Headland ok. Emily slept while Mom appropriately watched Sweet Home Alabama on the way down. Big plans to see family for the next few days. By the way, the last post was for Abby.

Sick Day

Emily is home sick from daycare today.
I'm taking care of her. As you can see she was sufficiently chipper last night but is spending more of Monday morning in horizontal mode.

quick note to tell friends and family about Emily Grace Willman's arrive at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 27. She weighed 9 pounds 6 ounces and was 22 inches long. She a dark hair that we are hoping will be curly or wavy. She is a very healthy baby and of course we think she just beautiful. I will send pics when I get some.

Sniffle

The streak is over. Emily officially has her first cold and had a sniffling, sneezing, stuffy head (we can only assume) night last night. She hides it well though.

First Day of School

Well more like day care.

Anyhoo, the first day went well as I found Emily riding in the Bye-Bye Buggy when I went to pick her up. She was loving being pushed around in that.

School Night

Emily starts full-on day care tomorrow. Thanks so much to Caroline for all the great work she did with Emily. As you can see Emily is getting close to sitting up and is a happy baby (most of the time). Stay tuned for details from the first day of school.

Onesia-asaur

Are the onesies extinct? Probably not, but the new pj's are shirt and pants variety.

PJs

Big girls take baths and then get in their PJs before bed.

Mommy B-Day

Mommy Had A Big... birthday that included lunch at her favorite place, plenty of time with Emily and a trip to see Reagan.

Play Pen

Emily has been having a blast in her play pen, as you can see.

Normal

Things are getting back to normal after the vacation. Emily's new job is to try to sleep through the night.

Real Ones

Ok Ok... real pictures. This is how you spend the afternoon after taking 4 shots. Sleep. Laugh. Makes sense to me. Pictures won't be back until Sunday since we're off on vacation. Buh bye.

4 Month Well Appointment

Emily had her 4 month well appointment today. She was 15 pounds and 10 ounces and a whopping 26 inches long. She's over the top 90% in length which means....

new car seat time. It also means that 3-6 month onesies are being stretched to their limit. It also means that she's some crawling legs. Now if we can just get them to crawl. The Dr. said all was well and gave us the "if-it-aint-broke-dont-fix-it" prognosis.
Yep, she also got 4 shots and didn't like those very much. Here's a visual growth chart.

As for the lack of recent pictures...
the camera was not fully charged when Emily was getting her cute on yesterday so
a fake picture will have to suffice for now.

Baby Blue-y

Who needs Saturday morning cartoons when you have the British Open Golf Tournament coming on at 7am?
Emily seemed to sense that it was on and got up to see her friends Ernie, Sergio and Tiger.
