Class (Week 1)

Today is the first of six birthing classes. According to a co-worker of mine it's graphic which scares me. I just rented and watched K-19: The Widowmaker and Signs so maybe I'll be ready for this video.

Class

Last night's birthing class went well. I'm glad we didn't learn to breathe as you imagine when you think 'birthing class'. It was more like the introductory class where we got to know the other 1 couples we'd be spending six weeks with rolling around on mats and watching births on TV with. By the way, that comes next week. Hope we're ready to see that miracle/freakish event.
