Dr. Visit
Someone Is Growing! Emily was 10 lbs 9 ounces and 21.5 inches today at the Dr.'s Office visit today. She was good even after having a vaccination shot and the Dr. said everything looked good.
Congratulations!

Day Between the Holidays
It's the Saturday after Good Friday and before Easter Sunday so... mommy and daddy spent the day shopping and watching Godzilla on a new DVD. Emily seemed unimpressed by the surround sound of a large lizard stomping all of Manhattan. She slept. Tomorrow will be a big day and hopefully mommy and daddy can con someone into taking their picture so they'll have a full family picture. On a similar note, daddy has finally gotten what he wanted. A picture of him and his girl.

News Flash
I have a bit of news for Emily we do not live in Australia. Apparently, Emily prefers other time zones. She'd rather live in Australia where her sleeping habits would coinincide with the sun's path.
Our little baby is sleepy during the day and wide awake at night. Since Mommy and Daddy are not vampires, coping is something of a challenge. In other news, a big thanks to Ame and Christine for the visit and the goodies. Even Schnieder got something!

Church
Today was Emily's first visit to Church. She didn't know all the words to the songs, but seemed to enjoy herself. Her Momma and I accompanied me to lunch also so I had my two best girls out for Mexican (well...one just had some milk). Also, the pork skin that was Emily's navel has fallen off!! This means that she can know take baths (which she had today) and wear all the outfits that were aggravating her belly crouton. Although, Emily went out today and got all dressed up, it still didn't mean that she was going to be cooperative and open her eyes for pictures (as you can see below).

Big Day Out
Yesterday was Emily's big day out. She, her momma and I went to Target to do some shopping. We also stopped by the Dr. and a maternity store. Emily did good the whole way. She only scrunched her face up in the car when the sun got in her eyes. Almost on cue, she went to sleep as soon and her butt hit the car seat and didn't wake up until we got home. Thanks to ERAC for the nice flower basket.
